The truth rings clear, but because it makes so many people feel bad, it's unpopular.

It takes more than energy to become empowered, it is necessary to desire true self-awareness first and foremost. How do we increase the perceived value of healthiness in the individual?

Glad to see you here and in my Inbox! I'm in Canada but I share all of your concerns about our 'un-health' health care 'system,' as there are comparable issues here. One of the most egregious things for me during covid vxn mandates in my country was that the people on media yelling horrible vicious things at me (with natural immunity, healthy but with historical reasons that made me a poor candidate for vxn) wanted me to be forced to take a vxn and take that risk upon myself, because they had preventable co-morbidities that made them scared of the virus. I can have compassion for not knowing that certain health choices would put them more at risk for a bad virus, or for not having access to effective lifestyle and preventative care in our messed-up government medical system. But the world in which those who are strong and have done the hard work of maintaining health are vilified by those who haven't is strange, indeed. And government messaging completely backed them up. Not a peep about how to become more healthy and reduce all sorts of health risks, including that particular virus.

Dr. Dhand I'd love your input on this:

I had covid 2 months ago. I tested faint positive on home test and confirmed on PCR test. I was symptomatic including fever. Based on my symptoms and speedy recovery I was expecting a good immune response. I tested my antibodies at 6 weeks and it was negative. I repeated the test using a different lab at 8 weeks and it was positive, but barely over the cut off. My result was 1.0 (The range is 0.8-25000 U/ml). I know some people don't produce antibodies to covid and go straight into a T-cell response. Can you please share more about this and whether it impacts immunity to future infections?

Thank you so much.

Gabrielle

We have been conditioned over decades to abdicate responsibility for our own health and well-being. Everything is now a matter of 'convenience' and 'time saving.' Just about everything that is marketed these days are touted to provide convenience and save us time and yet we are more stressed and busier than ever before.

A chiropractor once said to me, 'If you don't make time for your health, you'd better make time for your illnesses.' I also remember something a presenter at a business seminar said when reviewing how many 'diet' books were on the market: 'The only thing that is relevant can be summed up in four words: Eat less, exercise more.'

Sure these can be fleshed out a bit more, but even if people just did those two things, the health of the general population would improve.

Hey Suneel, glad to see and hear from you, friend. As time passes there will be more and more new or old to be revised health warnings. Maybe, they will come across a solution for me. But, I may die first. That's no good!! We ALL need to pay attention to ourselves and what is outlined or underlined. Keep being you friend & we will always keep our eyes, ears and Spirits with you!
